Return Policy
Returns are accepted for most products under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned to us in re-saleable and undamaged condition and at your expense.
- The returned product must be received by us within 30 days of the date your order was placed.
- Any refund amount will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
- Minimum restocking fee is $6.00.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns are not accepted on special order, custom cut, clearance, discontinued, samples, swatch books or Museo products. If a return is received more than 30 days after the date the order was placed, we may, at our option, refuse delivery of the return (which may result in return shipping charges to you by your shipping service) or the return may be accepted as a return exception. If we accept the return as a return exception, any refund will be subject to a 50% return exception fee, in addition to all other terms referenced above.

As always, if you are in need of an exact color, texture or other characteristic, we recommend you order swatch book or a sample first.
Every effort is made to ensure that Discount Cardstock fulfills each order correctly. However; if an error is made by Discount Cardstock, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we may work with you to remedy the situation.
