Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped via UPS. DiscountCardstock.com reserves the right to ship via via Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service for military addresses (APO/FPO) or in the event shipping costs are less expensive and your designated delivery time frame conforms with the USPS delivery time frames. Insurance is not included in the shipping and handling charges.

Please allow a total of 7 to 10 business days to receive your order, especially if you paid via an e-check or in case of back orders or other unexpected delays. Rush orders or overnight delivery can be accommodated, however a rush fee of $25 and additional shipping charges will accrue and must be paid before your order will ship. In some instances, depending on when the request is received and/or inventory levels, overnight delivery may not be available. Please contact us via email at customerservice@discountcardstock.com if you desire overnight delivery. Please note that large orders and special orders may require additional processing time.

Deliveries to U.S. addresses include delivery tracking information. Delivery confirmation numbers are not available on APO/FPO addresses and delivery times rely on the timeframe of the military mail delivery system. To track your packages, please visit www.ups.com, or, as applicable, www.usps.com, and enter your delivery tracking number.

International orders are accepted; however, depending on the country the order is being shipped to, delivery tracking information may not be available.

DiscountCardstock.com does not ship C.O.D. orders.

To submit payment other than with a credit card, electronic check or PayPal, please print your order form and mail it with your payment to: DiscountCardstock.com, 580 13th Avenue, Salt Lake City, Utah 84103. Please be sure to include the appropriate shipping charges. If you are not sure what the shipping costs are, please contact us via email at customerservice@discountcardstock.com for the shipping and handling costs. If your payment is made by certified payment (cashier's check or money order), your order will ship immediately. If payment is made by personal check, your order will ship once the checked has cleared (typically 7 business days).

Every effort is made to package your order for maximum protection against damage. For orders shipped via UPS, $100 in insurance for loss or damage is included in your shipping and handling charges. Damage in transit claims must be made with the delivering carrier, as title to the merchandise passes at the time it leaves our business.
