Due to the recent postage increase by the U.S.P.S. we have been forced to increase our shipping prices as well. Shipping rates not only include the cost for postage, but shipping labels, ink, packing material, tape, and fuel. We regret having to increase our pricing, but must do so in order to cover the cost of doing business. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) typically by Priority 3-day mail. Larger orders may need to be shipped by Parcel Post. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possilble. However, please allow 7 - 10 days to receive your order from the date it is placed. As much as we try to accomodate "Rush" orders, orders are processed in the sequence in which they are received. Please allow yourself 7-10 days when working with a deadline. Standard shipping rates are set for orders to be delivered in the United States, U.S. Territories, and military addresses including APO/FPO addresses. Deliveries to U.S. addresses include delivery tracking information. Delivery confirmation numbers are not available on APO/FPO addresses and delivery times rely on the timeframe of the military mail delivery system. To track your packages, please visit www.usps.com and enter your delivery tracking number. International orders are accepted; however, shipping will be calculated at actual cost plus insurance when available. Depending on the country the order is being shipped to, delivery tracking information may not be available. Discount Cardstock does not ship C.O.D. orders. To submit payment other than with a credit card or electronic check, please print your order form and mail it with your payment to: Discount Cardstock 1897 West Haven View Road South Jordan, UT 84095-2772 If your payment is made by certified payment (cashier's check or money order), your order will ship immediately. If payment is made by personal check, your order will ship once the checked has cleared (typically 7 business days). Every effort is made to package your order for maximum protection against damage by the USPS. Insurance is not included in shipping costs. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please send an email to discountcardstock@yahoo.com. Damage in transit claims must be made with the delivering carrier, as title to the merchandise passes at the time it leaves our business unless separate shipping insurance has been purchased. Discount Cardstock takes great care in packing your order to withstand the handling of your order by the U.S.P.S. However, we have no control over the care given to your package once it is leaves our business. Unfortuately, with all shipping carriers, damage does occur.
